Activities end at 8PM: If looking to participate in both evening activities Hayrides & 5 - Acre Moonlight Maze, plan to give your guests 1.5 hrs and enter farm by 7:30

 Pasture Party w. Tents Set-Up

  •  A private campfire pit for your tent ! Bring your own S'mores supplies or just enjoy sitting around the fire, a quaint area at your tent for making Fall memories.  (*If looking to roast smores, you would need to bring your own supplies & roasting sticks- we do not provide them for you)
  •  (6) 6ft picnic tables and benches for seating under the tent area with additional benches for perimeter seating. *Has seating for approximately 50 people*
  • (2) 6ft folding tables that are used as serving tables for your food.  ** All tables must be covered with table coverings** 
  • A Party wagon that is to be used ONLY for moving cargo to and from your vehicle.   Typically the host will use it for set-up and then have it as a location for gifts.

Large Campfire Set-Up

  •  A campfire pit with bench seating will be available for your group from 11AM-2PM  or  5PM-8PM (*If looking to roast s'mores, you would need to bring your own supplies & roasting sticks- we do not provide them for you)  
  • An allotted amount of Firewood will be provided for your 3 hours 
  • Tables : We will provide a folding table for you to hold supplies or food.    
  • Group Size: If hosting more than 50 people, you will need to rent 2 of our campfire areas.  The maximum number of attendees for both spaces is 100 people.  
  • Chaperones: If this is a student event, parents will need to be present and active in helping with monitoring of the campfire area.  If students are under the age of 18, there will need to be 1 chaperone for every 5 students.  
  • Both Children & adults entering beyond admissions, will need to be wearing a wristband.    (Admittance will not be allowed without wearing a wristband or if under the age of 16)

Host "Need to Knows"
 Hosts should know upon arrival ho
w many guests they have RSVP's for. We want to help keep you organized and save you time at admissions. On the day of your event, one of our staff members will be able to add on to your 12 originally purchased wristbands for admission into the farm.  As a courtesy to our staff, we will need to know any additional admissions at the start of your event, as staff will not be coming back over the course to your party area as guests arrive to have an on-going head count.  If you do not have your total number of guests at the time of your check-in, you can purchase tickets on your own at our admissions for general admission pricing.  No group discount will be given if purchasing admission on your own at admissions.  Once the purchase of your wristbands has been made,  they are non-refundable.  

  • Your reservation time is 3 hours long.  The host can arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time.
  • You can bring your own food.  When bringing your own food, you may not use a food truck or private caterer.
  • You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, utensils, cake cutters, candles, etc. Tables in the tent area will have to have covers for them, please come with tablecloths for all 6 picnic tables.
  • Moderate decorating of rental area is allowed but will need to be cleaned up at the end of your rental time.  This included balloons that need to be untied from the tents and taken with you along with any other decorations.
  • Your rental area must be cleaned up and vacated by the end of your rental time.
  • Since your group is together at the start of the party it is best to keep them in the party area for food, cake & fellowship.  Once you are cleaned up at the end of your rental time, is when you should go through admission for access onto the farm for activities. 


Merrymead Farm Party Policies

  •  Alcohol is not allowed.
  • ALL Pets need to stay home, please no furry, fuzzy, or feathery friends.
  • You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, etc.
  • We do not permit the use of, crock-pots, grills & open flame chafing dishes, they make us uneasy.
  • No Piñatas, paints, or stickers at your area.

To participate in Fall Activities at Merrymead, you and your guests will need a wristband.   There is no admission onto any of the activities unless you have purchased an activity wristband and have entered through the admissions area.  It the host's responsibility  to distribute wristbands to their guests.  At the time of booking a party area, 12  admissions are included.  Upon your arrival, we will ask you to confirm your number of guests so we can process your payment for any extra wristbands at our discounted group rate.  If the host sends their guests to our general admissions, they will not receive the group rate.  All admissions purchased at the gate will pay our general public admission.

*Party & Campfire Discounted Daytime admission will be $18/person & Evening admission will be $15/person*


- Children 23 months and under do not require a wristband
-All other guests 24 months and older, require a wristband to participate in any activities
- Weather Policy: In the event that there is guaranteed inclement weather & we have confirmed with you that our activities will be canceled, you will be refunded in full for your payment of the rented space and and wristbands pre-purchased. DO NOT cancel your party prior to confirming with Merrymead. Please note that it has to downpour for us to cancel the Harvest Day Activities. If it is only drizzling or are expecting passing showers, we will still hold Harvest Days. We will not make a decision until the night before or possibly morning of the event.

** If you decide to cancel due to unrelated weather issues, there is no refund of party payment**
AGREEMENT AND WARNING: I understand and acknowledge that, except for limited circumstances listed below, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. I understand that I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from an agritourism activity. I understand that an agritourism activity provider is not protected from liability if the provider:
(1) Performs an act in a grossly negligent manner and causes injury or damages to a participant.
(2) Purposefully causes a participant’s injury.
(3) Acts or fails to act in a way that constitutes criminal conduct.
(4) Recklessly fails to warn or guard against a dangerous condition that causes injury or damages to a participant. A dangerous condition is a condition that creates an imminent and substantial risk of injury or damages to a participant
