Rental of campfire pit is for up to one hour and can accommodate groups of up to 20 people.  If expecting more then 20 people, you will need to book 2 sites for your date and time.  

During your visit to Merrymead, you can purchase tickets onsite to take one of our scenic hayrides or venture through our 5-acre moonlight maze.

Bring your own food to enjoy while you sit back and fellowship with good company

Looking for cider donuts to devour or apple cider to sip? Be sure to add on prior to check out  

You must provide your own paper products... yes, paper please! We know how tempting it is to toss that cup or plate onto the fire.  We will have trash cans onsite for other forms of disposal

ACTIVITIES

All activities will require tickets to participate/allow entry. You can purchase tickets onsite, we do not sell activity tickets online.  Manage your time accordingly if looking to participate in evening activities.  

  1. If booking a 5:30 campfire, we suggest you do activities after your campfire. 
  2.  If booking a 7:00PM campfire, we suggest to do your activities prior to your campfire.

Friday & Saturday evenings from 6PM-8PM: Scenic Hayrides around the farm, venture through the cornstalk tunnel, or journey into the 5-acre moonlight maze (last ride & last entry @ 8PM)

Weather- We will not make a decision until the night before or possibly morning of the event to see what the weather conditions will be. If raining where we cannot host activities or are able keep the campfire pits open, we will cancel your reservation. If we approve that we are cancelling activities, you will be fully refunded for your payment of the space. ** If you decide to cancel due to unrelated weather issues, there is no refund of Campfire Pit payment**
I am booking the campfire pit area knowing it will be supervised by adults from my group. I acknowledge that I am over the age of 18 and I am responsible for any persons in my party to hold them accountable to appropriate actions around the campfire. If Merrymead staff observes lack of parental supervision or a misuse of the campfire, they reserve the right to remove the group from their area. (No alcohol or pets are permitted)
